Established in 1991, TVA Project and Cost Management is an independent division of TVA Consultants Ltd. currently operating throughout the Eastern Caribbean.

From our Quantity Surveying origins we have evolved and now offer full project and cost management services to a comprehensive, regional and international Client base.
