  • April 2013 - TVA PCM appointed to provide Project and Cost Management Services on “Cottonwick II”, involving the demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new Villa on the island of Mustique.

  • November 2012 - TVA PCM appointed to provide Project and Cost Management Services on Lot 14/15 Endeavour Hills, a private Villa on the exclusive island of Mustique.

  • September 2012 - TVA PCM appointed to provide Project and Cost Management Services on the next phase of the development of Fisher House, Mustique.

  • April 2012 - TVA PCM appointed as part of Consultancy Team to provide Cost Management Services for the Re-Development of the UWI Campus in Kingstown, St. Vincent. The project is scheduled to be tendered 1st Quarter 2013.

  • August 2011 - St. George’s University’s St. Louis Hall successfully completed and handed over for arrival of students; inception to completion in nine months.

  • January 2011 - TVA Project and Cost Management appointed Client Representative and Cost Manager’s on St. George’s University’s St. Louis Hall. The project is a Dormitory Building Project with a gross floor area of 35,000 over three storeys. Project Value EC $ 21 million.

  • November 2010 - TVA PCM appointed to provide construction consultancy services on Phase 1 of the refurbishment and expansion of Petit St. Vincent Resort in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

  • November 2010 - After the successful completion of the New Premier Banking Facility for Grenada Co-operative Bank, TVA Project and Cost Management have been appointed Project and Cost Managers for the refurbishment of the Bank's existing office building in Church Street, St. George’s, Grenada.

  • September 2010 - TVA Project and Cost Management appointed Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyors on the Lowthers Lane Government Office Complex in St. George’s Grenada. The proposed office complex will house six independent government departments in approximately 28,000 square feet over five storeys. The project is schedule to commence on site during the first quarter of 2012.
