TVA Project and Cost Management offer development monitoring services to protect the interests of all stakeholders and ensure that project objectives are being met.

We will use our wide range of expertise to examine all project documentation, prior to final signing of funding agreements. During this stage we will have a significant involvement in gathering and reviewing all available information to enable us to provide meaningful comments on the project documentation as well as highlighting areas of potential risk, prior to final commitment by stakeholders.

During the construction phase we will prepare monthly reports relative to the release of funds and final payments on completion.

We are acutely aware of the need for integrity and confidentiality when fulfilling this role.
