TVA Project and Cost Management have extensive experience in the role of Employer’s Agent, under Design and Build forms of contract.

In this role, we offer full management of the technical and financial aspects of the project from inception to completion, reporting directly to the Client.

We will establish management structures, reporting procedures and co-ordinate the Design and Build team to successfully deliver the Client’s objectives. In addition, we will continuously appraise all financial and contractual aspects of the project to ensure value for money, and timely completion within the project budget and to the highest standards of quality.
